By car: You can rent a car at the airport and drive to Umbria along the various motorways and highways that connect Rome and Florence to Umbria.

By train: From Rome airport, we can book for you the Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino airport to Roma Termini train station. From there, you can take a regional or high-speed train to various cities in Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto or Terni. From Florence airport, you can take a taxi or a bus to Florence Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station and from there, take a direct train to various cities in Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi or Foligno.

By bus: Some bus companies offer direct services from Fiumicino Airport or Florence Airport to Umbria.

By taxi or rental with driver: With us you can also book a taxi or a rental service with driver directly from the airport to your destination in Umbria.

Umbria’s airport, San Francesco di Assisi, has connections with numerous Italian cities and regions: Catania and Palermo (Sicily), Cagliari and Olbia (Sardinia), Lamezia Terme (Calabria), Brindisi (Puglia), Bergamo (Lombardy), with several weekly frequencies throughout the high season, from April to November, and many of these routes remain operational also during autumn and winter.

There are also numerous flights departing and arriving from several European capitals and cities: London, Barcelona, Brussels, Tirana, Krakow, Rotterdam, Bucharest and Malta, with several flights per week during spring and summer; some of these routes are also available during autumn and winter.
