The villa is situated in a beautiful green setting in a panoramic hillside position overlooking Assisi. The outdoor spaces offer a large fenced garden, swimming pool (14×7 metres) with deckchairs and umbrellas, gazebo and equipment for lunches and dinners (bar corner, barbecue, round revolving table for up to 12 people), children’s playground, five-a-side soccer pitch, vegetable garden and orchard.

For those who wish to explore the area, bicycles are available for adventures in the countryside, while the private car park guarantees convenience and safety and a column for electric charging of cars.
