Luxurious villa located in a beautiful panoramic position a few steps from the ancient medieval village of Gaglietole, in the municipality of Collazzone.
The villa consists of a main building that can accommodate up to 16 guests and an outbuilding equipped for 4 guests. In addition to the two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) you will have at your disposal a large well-maintained garden with gazebo and barbecue area, a wonderful terrace that provides an ideal corner for outdoor dining and enjoying a great view, a gymnasium, a billiard room and all the amenities to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The buildings in the complex have recently been renovated respecting and enhancing the typology of old Umbrian farmhouses from the 1800s: stone walls, terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams interspersed with “pianelle” (a type of local brick), and fireplaces in the rooms. Rooms furnished with special aesthetic taste introduce you to immediately familiar rooms full of warmth, typical of country villas. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker and dishwasher. You will also find numerous seating areas stocked with books and magazines.
The 10 bedrooms are decorated in a rustic style, also boasting Persian carpets and period furniture, and are all equipped with: bathroom facilities (one even equipped for the disabled), heating, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a wonderful view of the valley of the Apulia Creek.
Within a few kilometers numerous testimonies of Umbrian history, art, culture and folklore place the villa as an ideal starting point for interesting excursions.
About 3 km away you can visit the“Sun Park,” a wonderful nature oasis where numerous animals (some endangered) live integrated with their environment: nature!
