Nordic walking, or Nordic walking, is natural walking to which is added the functional forward use of two poles, whose main function is to create a constraint on the ground, allowing the arms to accomplish a push, involving the muscles of the entire body.
Via two loop routes, which wind at an average elevation of 1,000 meters above sea level, among scenic pasture meadows and centuries-old beech forests we will learn the technique of Nordic Walking and the effective use of poles to achieve maximum benefits while regenerating in a wonderful natural setting. Lunch at the end of the excursion – drinks included.
