DAY 2 – GUIDED TOUR OF ASSISI + CARRIAGE RIDE THROUGH THE VINEYARDS WITH LUNCH
After breakfast at the hotel, head to Assisi for a guided tour of this enchanting and spiritual city. Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis, is a global center of peace and faith. You’ll visit iconic sites such as the Basilica of St. Francis and the Church of San Damiano, where St. Francis received his calling to renew the Church. After the guided tour, enjoy a journey through Umbria’s vineyards with a relaxing carriage ride at a prestigious winery near Assisi. Experience the art of organic viticulture, and after a peaceful 45-minute ride, visit the winery followed by a wine-tasting session accompanied by local organic products.

DAY 3 – VISIT TO RASIGLIA INDEPENDENTLY WITH CRAFT BEER TASTING
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, head to Rasiglia, the “Village of Streams,” one of the region’s hidden gems. Wander through its charming medieval streets and discover the fascinating water-based traditions that have shaped the village for centuries. The streams running through the town create a unique atmosphere that will enchant you.
