And nothing can make us feel at home while we are away like a forkful of this dish that is so simple yet so tasty!

But do we really know its regional secrets and typicalities? In an elegant farmhouse among olive trees, we will have the opportunity to learn about the biological stages of the product from grain to milling, learn to recognize the various types of flours, flour processing techniques, the stages of the seasons and related crops, and experience the processing of flours into typical Umbrian pastas.
