You will discover not only the authentic techniques to make fresh pasta as once, but also the pleasure of cooking and eating together, because in our busy lives, we can find comfort, joy and human connection just to share a nice plate of spaghetti or a good lasagna baked around a table.

Pasta is the pride of Italy in the world. The professional English-speaking chef and pasta expert will show you how to transform simple local ingredients of Umbria into handmade pasta and delicious sauces combined. You will knead, roll and cut pasta like ravioli, tagliatelle and tagliolini. Sauces are equally important: following seasonal recipes and using only the highest quality ingredients you will create three delicious sauces, one to accompany each pasta format you have prepared. Of course the purpose of this course is that you can take home your knowledge to prepare pasta yourself as a professional.

We want everyone to participate, so let us know if you have a special request like gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian or egg-free pasta and we will be happy to meet your needs. This is also a great course for children who love to get their hands in the dough.

Our expert Chef will follow you step by step in the preparation of pasta, giving you tips and suggestions on how to get the best Bolognese sauce and the softest pasta. This is an incredible opportunity to learn such a classic dish in the comfort of your kitchen. The Chef will focus only on you, helping you create the dough for the perfect pasta. You will learn how to make a tasty first course from scratch, which means that you can recreate it many more times.

We have various levels of cooking school, it all depends on how much you like to cook and how much time you have available; we have a basic course with the preparation of tagliatelle up to a full course with the preparation of an appetizer, three different first courses with sauces and a dessert.

After the course, we will delight ourselves with the meal cooked by us around a table set while enjoying a spectacular lunch paired with the best wines of the Umbrian wineries (Bianco di Orvieto, Torgiano red wine, Montefalco red wine, Sagrantino and Sangiovese). Our goal is to offer you authentic culinary experiences, in which you will learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes.
